Like an idol will start dancing, then it'll repeat the same fucking move 5 times from different angles for no reason with the others going WOW and text appearing on screen how this looks so awesome and to carefully watch their moves. And most of the time it's replays of something that isn't even cool or surprising. You can sometimes skip 1-2 minutes ahead because it's nothing but replays. Then there's the replays of the same scenes from different angles and close ups of others showing their reactions. Some of them are overly scripted like later Running Man episodes where they let the contestants win, there are even cases where you can clearly see some member ripping off the guest's nametag (eliminating them from the game) in the background only for the guest to still be alive and participating. There are some things I dislike about Korean Shows personally though. There are more highly praised shows that I haven't even mentioned. Lots of Korean Shows get subbed unlike Japanese ones so you've got a lot to choose from. For Genius, Crime Scene and Society Game you might need to go to reddit because I remember some videos of Genius being dead elsewhere. I used to watch them on Dunno how it is these days. Haven't watched it, but people say it's great. It's a documentary type of show, that's not scripted like a lot of other variety shows.Ī show that had shit ratings but after getting revamped became really popular, similarly to 1N2D. There are cameras set up throughout their house and whenever they go outside a cameraman follows them. Haven't watched season 1 but people said it's ok. Really praised show that I have yet to watch myself. Haven't watched it myself but a lot of people enjoyed it.

It started out ok and became great only to become absolute shit 200 episodes in or something like that. The most popular Korean Show in the west.
